LOL ... I figured it out just a few minutes after posting my question. For some reason, I thought the arrows were "forward" and "back" options, but now I know they are rotating buttons.

Rotate Letters When Mapping
Is there a way to rotate letters when mapping a font? Some fonts have a letter that is sideways or upside down. I know how to move them on the baseline, and I know I can do it once I've added it to a design, but is there a way to do it while mapping, so it will always be right-side up? [img] Screen ...

I've been playing with the stitch simulator and figured out how to make change stops and love, love, love this feature! Not only can you make color changes, but like you mentioned, it's easy to select a section from the exact stitch and remove whatever you want. Love it - thanks Lisa!

Thanks for this tip! I've had AlphaTricks for several months and just down-loaded Essentials this morning. I've already put together a design that I hope to use today!
And, if anyone is worried about how to download these programs .... well .... it couldn't be any easier!

Selecting stitch area to delete or move
I haven't downloaded Essentials yet, but I do have AlphaTricks. I currently use another Mac software that works great for most of my needs, but would love to use Essentials for everything, since I use AlphaTricks quite often. However, I wanted to find out if Essentials will do these two features ......
