Re: dumb question

I am using a macbook pro and of course there isn't a left or right click that I know of. Normally, wouldn't a double click on the design area choose it? This isn't happening. I can only choose from the object box, which creates the dotted square with options to expand or rotate, etc. I cannot move a ...

dumb question

I struggle lately with moving an object. I select it in the objects window and then try to move by hovering over either the dotted line or inside and depress the pad....using mac. At one time this was not a problem. It seems that I am simple creating a box with this method. Please get me focused on ...

Thank you so much for addressing my question. It was easy to follow your directions to the bf and lf files and easy to delete. I like the freedom this gives me. Cool!

Re: deleting a bx file from essentials

Lisa, Thanks for your reply. I open finder on my macbook pro and try to search by typing in the upper right corner. Only bx files of the name come up. For instance I imported JD 428 5in . That is how it reads in the list generated in the alpha choice window. I tried putting a ".bl" after the alpha n...

deleting a bx file from essentials

How do I delete a bx file using essentials without alpha tricks? Is there a font dialog box in essentials? I found a comment by Lisa about deleting which is included below. Re: Font Limit? by LisaSewBubbles » Sat Jul 27, 2013 10:06 am No, as EastWitch2 said, there is no limit, but your list of fonts...

deleting a bx file from essentials

First of all I am so excited about the bx files that can be imported on my mac. I am thinking of adding some Christmas alphas in the bx format to my essentials; however, I would like to be able to delete them in January and then drag them in again next year. Is deleting a simple process as most thin...

lasso

When using the lasso, can other parts of a design be hidden and therefore isolated so you can make a clean cut? Or is that editing in two levels?

INTERACTIVES?

I purchased a Décor Interactive from Brian 5 or 6 years ago. I would like to import it as a catalogue so I can use those designs. The requirement seems to be bx. files. Do I need to have these converted? When I began to install the décor interactive, the default location is C: Program files Baby Loc...

splitting and lassoing when?

Reading through some of the threads, on lassoing and splitting some parts of a design, I was struck that it has been almost 2 years since you addressed this topic. You say there are few requests for it. It appears that you have created Essentials for a beginning embroiderer and don't care to attract...
