There are many PDF programs available. Usually you install the PDF creating program and it shows up as a printer on your computer. You can then print the template and color change sheet from Embrilliance to the PDF printer.

I would google "how to create PDF files" for links to various programs.

Viewing a design in 3D let's you see texture of the thread and give you a realistic view of what the design will look like when stitched out. However, if you turn off 3D, you can see more of how the stitches are constructed, such as underlay and jumps.
