Re: New Video - Remove Hidden Stitches Applique

Problem was fixed this evening with an update. All Mac owners please update. There were some glitches in the Windows as well - different ones. There's a 1.128 update for Windows out there as well. The Embrilliance support team is on the ball and has done a great job, and timely as well.

Re: Circular Text Not Upside Down

If you make two sets of text of equal length, you can have one on top right side up. With the other, click 'bottom' and adjust the radius of each until they line up perfectly into a complete circle with all letters right side up.
Hope this helps,

Re: New Video - Remove Hidden Stitches Applique

There will be an update soon, perhaps even today that will fix the double-click opening of BE files. I just received that info in an e-mail from the Embrilliance team. So, be on lookout for an update.

Re: New Video - Remove Hidden Stitches Applique

Also, when I "control-click" on the any of the individual stitches under Objects (for example: an appliqué number 3 has three stitches: positioning, appliqué, then satin) I get a small menu of "Move Earlier, Move Later, Move First, Move Last). I'm just trying to let you know that I do know how to "...

Re: New Video - Remove Hidden Stitches Applique

Do you have Enthusiast, alpha tricks, or other add ons installed? There's a lot of strange behavior here. I have an open ticket with Embrilliance Support. It would be good if you also go to 'Contact us' and report your issues if you have not done so already. They will get it straightened out. Betty

Re: New Video - Remove Hidden Stitches Applique

I just discovered more information. If you double-click the BE file, you do not get incorrect colors and not really a working file. If you do a File - Open and locate the BE file, it works as it should. I still can't duplicate the problem with the new appliqué feature. Please don't feel insulted wit...

Re: New Video - Remove Hidden Stitches Applique

I have downloaded the update. I have a MacBook Air. I'm having several issues that go along with this. The last couple of days I can begin a design, and lets say add multiple letters or appliqués. I close it and come back to it later. Now, when I open the "be" file, everything is considered one ima...

Re: New to machine embroidery - need help

A Mac file has extra resources in it that a Windows computer or an embroidery machine sees as two files. This confuses the embroidery machine. For this reason, we don't drag or paste files on the USB headed for the embroidery machine. You need a program or utility that exports the file without the r...
