Commercial Use

I'm considering purchasing the Font Collection 1! I cannot find any commercial usage policy for any of the fonts, even the ones that are installed with Essentials. They aren't on my iMac anywhere else, so I'm assuming they are proprietary for Embrilliance. Can these fonts be used in commercial projects?

Hi Sara!

The Fonts Collection 1 is for use in Embrilliance Essentials only.

As far as Commercial Use; I would think it would be okay to use the built in fonts of Essentials and the Fonts Collection 1 you install into Essentials to make text, or names, or monogram stitch files in Essentials for designs that you would stitch out using your own machine on items that you sell to customers.

However, I am pretty sure you could not make text or names or monogram stitch files using those fonts and then sell the actual stitch files to customers for them to stitch out on their machines.

To make sure what the Usage or Copyright is for Embilliance Fonts please contact the Embrilliance Support Team by using one of the links below and fill out and submit a Support Ticket to get an answer to your question.

Or use this direct link below to an open Support ticket that you can fill out with your question and submit it to the Support Team for an answer.
