Should you adjust pull compensation of a Lettering object? Will shrinking or enlarging a design be successful? A lot depends on the underlay and you can see that by turning off the 3D. If a design has a “good foundation” you can usually enlarge it beyond the recommended safe 20% or make the letters fatter by increasing the pull compensation in the Stitches tab. A design with light or no underlay can usually be successfully shrunk beyond the recommended 20%.
