Moths eating my embroidery files!

Post by David George » Sat May 09, 2015 12:39 am

Hi All,

Here is what I have loaded on my macbook pro:

Essentials
AlphaTricks
Enthusiast
Density Repair Kit

Version 1.143

I have a design that I'm trying to get finished for a client, and here is my problem. After many hours of trying to figure out what the heck was wrong I have found this:

When working with the .be files in embrilliance, my design looks fine. When I save it, and a stitch file (.jef) My stitch file has all sorts of gaps and weird crap going on with the stitch order, etc. It almost looks like moths ate holes in my embroidery design.

I'm running an Elna 820, which I believe only reads .jef files.

Any thoughts?

David G.
