Here is a FSL Easter Egg I am working on.
First picture is the FSL Grid for the egg.
I started with the Oval Shape from the Outlines in the Embrilliance Library.
Using the Oval outline as a piece of art work to follow to place my stitches
I set the hoop size to 100mm by 100mm.
I set my Grid in Embrilliance Preferences to 2mm and use the lines of the grid to follow when manually place my stitches points.
I do all the Horizontal Stitch Points first and then continue on with the Verticle Stitch Points.
After all the stitch [points for the grid are placed then I set the stitch for the grid to a Double Run Stitch with a stitch length of 2mm.
The second picture is the Satin FSL Border added to the FSL Grid.
Now I have to decide if I want a hanging loop on the top of the egg so it could be hung like an ornament.
Perhaps I will try to add one of the Stitch Artist Motifs on top of the grid work to give it a fancy texture.
Or perhaps I will add some wording - Like Happy Easter!!

Do you think I am doing this right?????

Sure would like to hear a comment or 2 from a FSL Digitizing Expert on how I am doing!
Will this stitch out and stay together?
I sure hope so.
What is everyone working on
