Shortcuts on the Mac

My speed has been slowed down because I have to search for the Mac equivalent to the shortcuts? I do not have my Magic Mouse turned on to right and left clicks but have been trying to work with the program with the regular Magic Mouse. Could we have a list of Mac short cut substitutes? Most of the videos and tutorials use a PC.
