Thread Pallet

Good Morning, I added all my threads to a new thread pallet, I went back into the thread pallet and they are all gone. What am I doing wrong, or is there an issue with the program. Also, is there a way to download all the Brother Embroidery threads into Embrillance. I purchase a set of 100 colors and about 1/3 are in the Brother Embroidery thread list.
