Fonts

Post by texasprescott » Sat Mar 10, 2012 6:56 pm

Hi there. New to Essentials. I'm somewhat of a font snob. :-) I am a digital scrapbooker and my background is marketing so I usually have a specific thing in mind.
When I purchased this, I thought I would be able to purchase embroidery fonts from anywhere and add them to this program. In reading in the forum, do I understand correctly that I can not. That only your fonts with load? I think you said I can drag individual letters over, but I'm hoping that I can buy a font, load it, and have it work like the fonts that came with the software.

We will soon release a priced upgrade that will let you add you fonts to the Embrilliance Font engine such that you can choose the font from the font menu and type your desired text.

I know software development can be difficult and hard to precisely state a time for finished package. Are you anticipating 1 month or 6 months or longer for release?

Interested as well, although what we really need most is a good, standard athletic/varsity font.

As a potential new client of Essentials and Font 1 collection, an idea of when the new upgrade to Fonts 1 will be available would be appreciated.

Thank you! :?:
