Re: Embrilliance Essentials font

I have the same problem. I just installed Essentials on a new computer. I have plenty of room to see my properties. My toolbars are all there. The area where those options should show up is there it is just blank. I have submitted a ticket just now.

Re: Video - Splitting for the Brother Multi Position Jumbo H

I am having the same problem. I didn't adjust anything, just moved the frame when necessary. My fabric was well hooped on sticky stabilizer so I don't think that is the problem. It just did not line up. I hope there is an answer to fix this.

Re: Problem with saving .fcm file

Hi EastWitch2 - thanks for your reply: To answer your questions, yes, I did have all the position and material attributes properly assigned. I did sumbit a trouble ticket and they have discovered on this particular file it's not reading a stitch as a jump and therefore other things down the line did...

So I go back to Embrilliance, re-watch the stitch simulator which looks exactly right, then I checked ...

My thread colors not all here

I love the Essentials program but am being frustrated because a lot of my colors are not available for me to choose for my palette. I am exclusively using Madeira Polyneon thread. It makes it hard for me to keep my colors straight on my projects. Any chance of adding all of the colors - even just th...

Do I misunderstand the use of DRK?

I recently added DRK to EE I was already using. My plan was that I could use my 5x7 files in the 4x4 format and reduce the density. So far, this has not been exactly successful, the stitchouts are still very dense. The one time I was able to dramatically reduce the stitch count (by selecting differe...
