Re: Sending Designs to Scan n Cut 2

Okay, let's see if I can help. The first button referenced I believe is a wireless connect button for sending designs to the machine wirelessly. The second button is the stitch edit button. That tool would be in Enthusiasts editing program. I hope this helps.

Re: Stitch Artist Panel Not Showing

I can't say for certain, but I would imagine the original problem was solved by adding the additional serial numbers needed to activate the other levels needed before adding level 3. As for the tools not showing, be sure you click the Create button. That will launch the tools in StitchArtist to go a...

Re: emojis

I don't believe there is a way to use the emojis without a digitizing program like StitchArtist. They would see the characters of the TruType font and allow you to apply stitches. Learn more about StitchArtist here:

Re: Organizing embroidery files

Once you click the Color tab in the Properties box, you will see the Thread button. Click that and select your thread brand from the list and click the Use this as my preferred brand button.

Re: art.file

Bearclaw51, you can not save the .art file but there are other formats the Bernina machines will read, .exp and .dst are two of them. I am not sure it will read others but if you save in one of these formats your machine should read them.

Re: Designer Notes-Add Edit to Project Advisor

Yes, I would agree. Submit a ticket through the ticket system and it will be added to the list. Being able to create project notes sounds like a valuable addition to the software. Thanks
