Re: getting from computer to machine

Your machine should show up as a drive letter on your computer. From there, it's the same as saving a design to a USB drive. Select the drive and save. It will then show on the screen of the machine.

It is possible that you are now logged in as just a user. I will keeping checking with you on this. Tha...

Re: fonts and applique fonts

Hi Denice. You might also want to check with the site you purchased the font. They may offer a .bx file for this font. You can drag and drop that into your program and it will become a keyboard font. Then, you will be able to type all your letters into the font box. I hope this helps.

Are you double clicking the design to launch the software? If so, is that when you are encountering th...

Re: Built in Fonts?

Hi Sandy. Essentials includes 12 fonts and there are additional fonts in Enthusiast. Alpha Tricks doesn't contain fonts but gives you the ability to turn embroidery lettering collections into a keyboard font. Stitch Artist inlcudes only the block font but you have the ability to digitize TrueType Fo...

What software do you have and what hoop do you have selected. It sounds like you may have a multiposition hoop selected. You can check that in your preferences. I hope this is helpful.
