Vector files

Does the new Stitch Artist I convert Vector files into files that can be embroidered, or do I need to have a program that can digitize them. Thanks

Split Hoop Design

Not sure this is a new topic, but couldn't find an answer in the forum. I did a split design and saved it as pes. files. The Be file looks ok when I check it, but the 1 & 2 files to download to stitch out, aren't in the center of the hoop and the hoop has rotated the wrong way. If I would stitch the...

StitchArtist pricing

I am trying to get an answer to the new StitchArtist that came out recently. If I buy level 1 and then in say 6 months want level 2 which includes level 1, is there a price break because I already have level one, or should I just wait until I can afford and get level 2 all at once. I have the enthus...

Re: pes files

Thanks for the info. I will check it out. I just got back to my computer, or I would have answered sooner. (Husband had major heart attack-got him home & doing pretty good) Anyway thanks for explaining that to me. I probably could have looked it up but you are so good and explain things so well that...

pes files

I have saved most of my files in dst form as they pop right up in Embrilliance. How or what do I need to do to save in the pes format and still be able to view it in Embrilliance? I'm trying to use the larger hoop 130 x 300 and it saves in the pes format. I have a brother pe770. Have saved in dst as...

Re: saving a be. file

Thanks East Witch I turned off the remove overlaps stitch and it worked great. Thanks. I appreciate you getting back with me, esp. when I sometimes don't explain things real well. Now I can go back and edit all my mug rugs. Have to do some for some fund raiser for the Jr. Class at school for Post-pr...

Re: saving a be. file

To MacStitch: No I did not use the Save Stitch File As. I use the dst. because when I first got my machie I was using pes. files and o some I couldn't tell which file was which since the screen is small, so I started using dst. and giving it my own names and could find them on my flash drive that wa...

Re: saving a be. file

My question about saving a be. file still needs to be answered sometime. The one I read didn't help me get every thing in order. I have a pe 770. No hurry on getting to this, just whenever. Thanks. Joan

Re: saving a be. file

I found the answer in the files from someone else. Not sure it will work because when I go to the Preference and click conversion I don't see "force version one" I'll keep trying. Thanks.

saving a be. file

I have taken a Mug Rug file from Five Star Fonts, In the hoop style. On the left side of the original mug rug is a flower. I have deleted the flower and added a cupcake instead. When I go to save it as a dst. file so I can download it to my flash drive, it is not saving it right. The be. file is ok ...
