Thumbnailer not interpreting .EXP files

Post by Bear » Thu Mar 10, 2011 6:47 pm

It works fine with .ART files, but doesn't interpret .EXP files. Any thoughts?

In Windows or on a Mac? Sometimes Apple hijacks the EXP extension. We're looking into how to get them not to do that. If it's Windows, we're not seeing any trouble with that, but maybe you can talk with David this week.

As stated above, Apple hijacks the .EXP extension. We have contacted them about this and they haven't provided a working solution. We had one more idea from them this week and we'll try it soon. Meantime, it's just one sacrifice Apple users have to use Mac. There are plenty of those on both operating systems, so we aren't too upset. We'll post here as soon as we've figured out the workaround.
