Accents
Hello, Embrilliant ones,
Believe it or not, there are other languages than English in this world, and those often require accents on the letters.
While not every font comes with accents, some do. But for those that do not, we thought it a good idea to put a collection of accents together.
Embrilliance is a worldwide family these days, and we're trying to address more needs of more users.
This collection is a bit of a test. So if we've missed the mark, please let us know.
You drop the BX file onto your Embrilliance program and it will install as a collection. Use the 'Merge form the Library' button to open the collection, choose the accent you wish to merge, and it should pop up in the center of the design. Alas, we are not able to integrate them into the lettering designs directly, so you'll see them sew in whatever order you added to them to the design page, and you'll have to colorize them as needed, but at least now you have the ability to make any font more worldly.
These accents should work with any of our tools that allow lettering; Essentials, AlphaTricks even!
Cheers from New Mexico; a U.S. state that is neither new, nor Mexico.

Thank you very much. This collection is a great asset for us who have in our language glyphs added to the letters. A Spanish speaker user. (áéíóúñüö)
Muchas gracias de Erika y Manuel.

Thank you so much! Just perfect for my next project!

Thank you so much for this useful add on!
Re: Accents
I dropped the bx file into embrilliance essentials. I can’t seem to find the “merge from library” button. Can anyone help?

Re: Accents
Not exactly sure what you are trying to do but according to the doc: To merge a file click on the Merge icon on the Toolbar or go to File/Merge Stitch file or Merge Working file.
Re: Accents
This is so awesome as I have a grandson that has a Spanish name, JaoquÍn! The only problem that I'm having is that when I type in his name, the i is dotted. How do I remove that so I can use the new font? Thank you!
Re: Accents
Thank you SO much! My daughter's name has a special accent on her e so I can really appreciate this!
